Personnel at the ADVANCE Center regularly collect a variety of institutional data to document and report organizational trends, identify specific faculty needs, assess the impact of new policies, and detect new issues that may arise.
Intro for once you get to the equity data page: The first document is the fifth year evaluation report for the NSF ADVANCE IT grant. The report outlines the initial goals of the grant and assesses progress on each of those goals.
The remaining documents are summaries of the campus wide patterns in terms of WVU faculty job satisfaction on the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) survey conducted by the Harvard graduate School of Education. Our faculty participated in the survey in 2009, 2012, and 2015.
