The AWIS National Chapters Committee is recruiting volunteers to join a task force that will help chapters provide activities that best serve their membership. Volunteers are needed to review Annual Activity Reports from the chapters to find common themes and best practices of successful events and compile them for sharing with all chapters. They will also solicit resources for successful events that can be shared with all chapters. Task force members will meet via teleconference (no travel required) and will access documents via an online database such as dropbox. The time commitment is expected to be a few hours per month for 4-6 months. If you are interested in volunteering, or have any questions, please contact me firstname.lastname@example.org.
