The director of the WVU ADVANCE Center leads the team at a personal and professional level which is cohesive with her feminist thinking and praxis. Kasi is attentive, responsive, and authentic as a mentor, scholar, and leader. Constantly gathering and sharing data and resources with people, Kasi connects theories and practices that help the Team gain agency, move out of their comfort zones and take actions.
