Director of the WVU ADVANCE Center
Professor, Women’s and Gender Studies
Team Takes on Kasi:
Resource gatherer and sharer
Careful, courageous, creative, curious
Leads people to their own leadership – always asking “what can you do”– giving others agency
Not afraid of ideas – gets the ideas out, using action-based procedures, by open wrangling
with and reining in ideas, and encouraging movement
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the thinks I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
—the Serenity Prayer
