An early member of the ADVANCE Team, Maja’s expertise in organizational facilitation and training was critical in shaping the initial direction of our work. Today, she continues bringing the Team back to the core principles and actions. As a great integrationist, Maja digs into the detail in the group work sessions to figure out how, where, and when each of the pieces are connected. In the puzzle of working for change in higher education, Maja is the glue.
