Our Jedi Master Team Builder. The WVU Advance Center is the product of Melissa’s pioneering vision and leadership in facilitating processes that help teams to overcome differences and move forward. Her interdisciplinary mind and extended experience working with faculty and at different leadership positions taught her that everyone is part of a team and has something valuable to contribute.
