About
The Faculty Justice Network (FJN) is more than a group — it’s a community of faculty and graduate students at West Virginia University who come together to connect, collaborate, and grow.
We create spaces where people can build meaningful relationships, share ideas, and find encouragement in an academic environment that can often feel isolating. Through networking mixers, mentoring initiatives, and interactive workshops, FJN members support one another’s scholarship, teaching, and personal well-being.
What makes the FJN unique is its spirit. It isn’t a formal program with rigid structures — it’s a living network, powered by the energy and generosity of its members. By showing up for each other, we strengthen our collective capacity to navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and imagine new possibilities.
Whether you’re new to WVU or seeking deeper connections, the Faculty Justice Network offers a welcoming and supportive space to belong.
