Share Your Teaching Innovations! Network and Inspire Your Colleagues!

Got a first day of class icebreaker that invites students to get to know each other, a midterm practice that reinvigorates your students (and you) for the final push to the end of the semester, or an online activity that encourages engagement among asynchronous students? Now is your chance to share what works in your classroom with your colleagues. Additionally, by participating you can demonstrate the impact of your work in your teaching portfolio and annual review materials.

We invite faculty to express their interest to submit a poster for the Excellence in Education: Teaching Faculty Symposium, a celebration of the incredible work happening in our learning spaces! Poster topics may include: course design, assessment strategies, use of educational technology, student engagement techniques, interdisciplinary approaches, or other impactful methods used in the classroom. Posters can also highlight teaching-related research, collaborations, or reflective practice.

Deadline: October 17 by 5 p.m.
